Natural Language Speech Recognition
Financial Services Application
Natural Language Speech technology
has taken financial services telephony to an entirely new level,
allowing your clients to communicate by “speaking” to
the system as if talking with a live agent. Your clients may
also enter numeric items such as account numbers, PINs and monetary
amounts via touch-tone if they want.
The TNT Ultimate Call Flow (UCF) ensures optimum performance and
convenience for your employees and your clients.
The TNT Financial Services
application encompasses every menu option and transaction type
used by most financial institutions. Our technology also allows
you to tailor the system to meet your specific needs. Optional
call flow announcements are also included for marketing and informational
messages such as promotions, branch locations and hours. The
TNT Financial Services application also has the ability to dynamically
adapt to your client’s financial
profile and account structure allowing your client to more quickly
and easily get to the desired information. For example:
-
A client calls into the TNT system and logs on with a user
ID and PIN.
-
The system looks at the client's profile and account structure
and determines the types of accounts the caller has.
-
If the system finds the caller has only savings and checking
accounts, it will automatically disable other menu options such
as IRA, loan information, etc.
